Grand Design Scaffold
Safe Scaffolding undertook this technically challenging scaffold project featured on the NZ Grand Designs TV series.
Cantilevered off
Access was needed for construction of a new residential home which was being cantilevered off the side of a very step section in Northland, Wellington. Safe Scaffolding used a combination of the Layher Allround modular scaffolding system and stairs to provide access for the numerous contractors. The project was carried out in multiple stages using around 100 man hours to complete.
Extreme slope
“It was a very difficult building project complicated by the extreme slope. The Layher Allround system provided the flexibility we needed to make alterations for large window installations and curved cladding. The building contractors were very happy with Safe Scaffolding’s service and responsiveness” said Renee Lincoln of Safe Scaffolding.
