    Layher Limited or you may terminate the Terms at any time. The Terms are effective eternally unless Layher Limited or you terminate the Terms. You may terminate the Terms by destroying:

    (b) all related documentation, versions, installations and copies of the Contents. Layher Limited may terminate the Terms immediately without notice if, in its sole judgment, you breach any term or condition of the Terms.
