Uni Wide Rolling Tower

Layher’s Uni Wide Rolling Tower with a double width working area, is Layher’s largest tower.

Its ladder frame design uses a push-fit connection technique, which makes assembly and disassembly fast and efficient, even in situations with limited space.

The tower’s design allows additional guardrails and diagonal bracing to be easily snapped-in as different applications require.

Reach higher

For applications above 8.60m, stabilisers or adjustable mobile beams widen the base to provide greater stability. Fully extended, the tower can reach 13.38m indoor and 9.38m outdoors. The tower base also employs concentric castors to improve load transfer and stability, as well as extended steel spindles to level the tower on the most support surfaces.

Spacious work platform

The double-width working platform provides a comfortable and spacious working area of almost 4.3m², allowing ample room for two personnel to move freely while working with bulky tools, equipment and materials.

The 1.50 × 2.85m working platform is constructed using a aluminium frame with a plywood insert. A hatched deck is also available for applications that require safe internal access.

In addition to its large area, the working platform can support live loads up to 2,000 N/m² and a total distributed load up to 765kg.
