Developing Residential Scaffolding

Residential blocks of 16 plus houses in Auckland that required scaffolding which meets Worksafe requirements and could be erected without any walls to help make the process run a lot smoother. Ultimate Protection utilises Layher Allround modular scaffolding due to its speed to build with and fitting accuracy.

Building efficiency

Ladder beams were required over all lower garages so the roofs could be installed at once to make the building process more efficient. The previous scaffolding company were scaffolding four houses over 2 weeks, Ultimate Protection were building the same number of houses in in 3 days due to the Layher system being so efficient.

Developer recommended

The developer recommended Ultimate Protection to other developers building in excess of 50 houses a year as a result.
