Freestanding Façade Scaffold
This monster of a freestanding façade scaffold was required for maintenance works on an Otago University building, situated next to Dunedin’s Forsyth Barr Stadium.
High freestanding façade
Using Layher’s Allround modular scaffolding system, Brazier Scaffolding built a 140 long by 18m high freestanding façade scaffold. Several buttress bays were incorporated using Layher Allround in order to ensure the stability of the scaffold.

Bridge large areas
Glen Brazier commented, “the scaffold took approx. 2 weeks to build. This is because we needed to bridge large areas at the base of the scaffold to accommodate public access needs, install hoardings and scaffold inside multiple alcove areas.”
