Residential Scaffold Savings

With a 40% reduction in erection time, over tube and clip, Equiptec Rentals were very happy with Layher Allround Lightweight scaffolding for this residential construction project in Dunedin.

Typical residential construction

Burgh Place, Waverley, Dunedin was the location of a typical New Zealand residential construction site. However, unlike some other New Zealand construction sites, here scaffolding assembly times were almost halved using Layher Allround.

Speed and efficiency deliver savings

Phillip Clare of Equiptec Rentals said “we used Layher Allround for its speed and efficiency. We also used LayPLAN to generate our material list.” Phillip went on to say that “this was the first time this particular customer had used Layher. They were very impressed and said he was more than happy for us to do the rest of the houses in subdivision for him out of Layher rather than tube and clip.”
