Chateau Pato Queenstown
Snow and variable weather conditions did not slow building progress at this Queenstown construction site thanks to FallProof’s clever use of Layher Allround Scaffolding. The Chateau Pato, a high-end build, with exposed hardwood timber framing were protected by a temporary roof constructed using Layher 750 Aluminium Beams and 11° Layher 750 Aluminium Ridge Sections.
Contractors on schedule
The entire scaffold measured 50 metres by 16 metres and reached a height of 8.5 metres, which was significantly lower than the surrounding snow-capped mountains.
Brent Jarvis, FallProof said “the client was delighted with our design and scaffold which allowed the contractors to stay on schedule.”
