The Boost Mobile SNOSHO

Australia's biggest ever "Game Show" style snowboarding competition ignited the slopes of NSW's Perisher Blue earlier this month. The event featured the scaffold in-ramp pictured above, four tower structures, two VIP stages, concert style lighting towers, pyrotechnics, a concrete topped jam rail ledge, the world's longest rail and most importantly, the globe's best snowboarders.

Key Scaffolding, armed with designs by Layher's Technical Design Team, and rented snow boots, headed to the snow and had it built by 3.5 guys (after Peter suffered a pulled rib cartilage trying snowboarding for the first time) in 3 days (bettering the next best quote of 8 guys, 5 days).

Australian Clint Allan upstaged twenty-six of the world's best snowboarders to win the event. Ryan Thorley smashed the official Guinness Book of Records world record of 36.63m for the longest rail slide, by sliding an incredible 54.15m down the 80m long rail.
