8,000m² of Layher's new STAR Frames will be in use once this student accommodation complex reaches its full height. It is being built by Hawkins Construction for Victoria University in New Zealand. "It's a lot lighter and faster to assemble," said Hemi Ngeru, Supervisor for Pyradeck Scaffolds. "We based out in Allround on the steep downhill slope and from there it was 'all go' with the frames."
